David Morgan, as a Director of ENTO Limited, confirmed to David Folland in mid 2010 that outstanding invoices of many thousands of pounds payable to FOLLAND Limited will more than likely remain unpaid. ENTO Limited were managing the matrix Standard contract until 30th July 2010 on behalf of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), and have ceased trading The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills continue to decline to take any responsibility for the non-payment. However, FOLLAND Limited still supports the matrix Standard and will continue offering excellent advice and, where possible, assessment services. FOLLAND Limited sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused to our clients for the non-delivery of assessment services booked and paid for through ENTO Limited. The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has made no such apology to FOLLAND Ltd.
David Morgan is now Managing Director of a new company, originally ENTO Professional Development Limited, incorporated on 18th June 2010. This company changed its name to TAQA Professional Development. FOLLAND Ltd makes no recommendations of its products or services.
